THE ULTIMATE PORTABLE ICE BATH
The Hiver Recovery Tub Ice bath is a 'fully-portable' insulated pod, incorporating multiple layers of thermal insulated TPE protection that helps to keep the water at a steady temperature.
We also include both our Thermo Lid and All weather cover as standard!
The Thermo lid is designed to add a thermal bridge between the ice bath water and the external elements, and the All weather cover to keep rainwater and other debris out of your ice bath.
After long-term testing just using regular tap water, we've found you don't even need to add ice! You will benefit from cold water therapy at a water temperature of 15°C degrees or below when set up outside.

THE BENEFITS
Cold plunges improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and speed up muscle recovery. They boost the immune system, elevate mood by increasing endorphins, and promote better sleep. Cold water exposure tightens pores, enhances skin and hair health, and increases mental clarity and focus. Additionally, it helps manage stress, supports weight loss by activating fat-burning tissue, and reduces mental fatigue. Starting with short sessions offers the best results.
Frequently Asked Questions:
I am very tall, will I fit?
Our ice bath tub is designed to fit anyone up to 6'7''.
Does it come with a lid?
Yes it does!
Our ice bath tub comes with 2 different types of lid, including the all weather cover lid.
How do I keep it clean?
Always keep the lid on when not in use, to help prevent any debris falling in!
We recommend changing the water once per week. When you drain the water from your tub, we reccomend washing the inside of your tub before the next use.
Is it easy to fill up?
It's super easy!
Simply use a hose-pipe, a bucket or container, and add room temperature water. Once filled to approximately 70% full, then add ice abd you'll be ready for your first ice bath! Our tubs are insulated top, bottom and sides, so will maintain the water temperature for a long time.
How much ice do I need?
The aim is to try to get the water below 15 degrees celsius.
Cold tap water especially during winter its already around 10 to 12 degrees, so adding a little bit of ice will help to further lower the temperature to achieve optimal recovery.

Very happy with the product!
I wasn’t sure about the service and the quality of the product and the materials, but I was very surprised when my delivery arrived in just a few days and the materials of the ice bath and the component feel very good. 10/10 for efficiency and value for my money.
